In this period when the COVID-19 virus affects all directly or indirectly, it is more important than ever to stay healthy and fit.
One of the things we should avoid is ‘shaking hands with fatigue’. That is however easier said than done. Fatigue can slowly creep into our functioning and then strike at once. For example, when you notice that it is difficult to focus on your tasks.
That is why we draw your attention to this topic in this training. In short, the main message is to make sure you get enough sleep.
